Common problems

 If your PC is not behaving well, you can try these:

• Restarting your PC (If on Windows, don't use the power off button as this does not really turns off your PC use the Restart button to actually restart).

• Check what programs are running at the same time.

• If you have an old PC you might need to upgrade some parts or even the operating system. Of course, I can help with this :)

 A slow internet can be happen because multiple factors:

• Your internet package is slow

• There is a lot of people using the connection at your home

• The PC is downloading updates in the background

• Someone is downloading a big file which degrades the connection

• You might be connecting to the wrong WiFi connection
